The chalet is laid out over two floors with a balcony to each floor with 3 fully separated bedrooms, full warm air ducted heating with double glazed windows to ensure warm & cosy throughout the year.
On the ground floor is a large living & dining area which seats 6 people and a fitted kitchen adjacent. A large south facing balcony with furniture is accessed through both doors in the living area. Also downstairs is a private twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath only.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster. A full range of cooking utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery is provided.
The living room is spacious and has comfortable seating for all guests, the television has Freeview built in & a DVD player.
On the first floor is a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite corner bath with hand held shower, toilet and wash basin. Patio doors lead onto the balcony with two chairs, from which you can admire the views of Dalbeattie Forest & Barend Loch. Also upstairs there is a twin room with small TV (just for DVD watching) with its own small snug with built in sofa - ideal for chilling out on.
Bed linen & towels are provided in the chalet for each guest.
There is plenty of parking for 2 vehicles neighbouring the chalet with views to the front facing onto Wild Oak Woods bringing plenty of nature your way.
